Inquiry for Snowmobile Tour
General Terms
- We will carefully instruct guests in the riding and operation of our snowmobiles. We will move on the tour only after running over the practice course. If you feel in danger of driving and want to finish riding during the practice or the tour, please wave your both hands to the leading guide. Do not push yourself to keep driving. They will catch your sign and let you finish the tour anytime. We will refund the money worth the rest of time.
- We provide guests a service always thinking safety first and taking variety of measures to be needed so that we can avoid any troubles. Please be noted snowmobile is a sport playing in uncontrollable wild nature and you need to operate a brake , handle and an accelerator by yourself just as you drive a car so we can not help you to drive. We do not take responsibility for any accidents if happens. Please drive snowmobile at your own risk.
- Guests who ride snowmobiles are automatically enrolled in injury insurance. The policy offers compensation in the amount of \2,500 per day for hospital visit ,\5,000 per day for hospitalization, and \10,000,000 in the event of death. We recommend that guests who wish to have a higher level of coverage should enroll in other injury insurance on their own initiative.
Cancellation Policy
The fee for canceling a reservation the day before is 50%, and on the day is 100%. Regardless of good or bad weather.
You can’t cancel a reservation after change a reservation date.
