1. We, White Isle will carefully instruct the operating procedure before departing and leave to the tour course after trial at the practice course. If you feel unsafe and would like to finish the tour in the midway, waive both hands to the guide leading and the tour finishes. Please do not push yourself too hard. The fee of remaining time will be refunded.
2. We, White Isle will operate with the safety of the customers as our top priority. We are taking precautions that is necessary to avoid any accident. However, snowmobiles which are used against nature in winter will be driven by the customers yourselves and we are not able to help you assist with accelerator, brake or steering as you operate the snowmobile, which is the same as driving a car. Please understand that in the event of an accident, it will be the customers’ responsibility.
3. Pregnant women, those with broken bones, and those having alcohol are not allowed to attend the tour.
4. Those who cannot follow the instructions are not allowed to attend the tour.
5. You are automatically enrolled in injury insurance during the snowmobile tour. The policy offers compensation in the amount of ¥2,500 per day for hospital visit, ¥5,000 per day for hospitalization, and ¥10,000,000 in the event of death. If you wish to have a higher level of coverage, please enroll in other injury insurance on your own initiative.
6. The tour will be cancelled; when the public roads are stopped due to the adverse weather and when we decide it is unsafe to continue the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation including bad weather by the guests are not allowed. Cancellation fee will be 50% on the day before and 100% on the day. Although booking date can be changed until 2 days before if there is vacant, further change and cancellation after that are not accepted.
