1. We, White Isle will operate with the safety of the customers as our top priority. We are taking precautions that is necessary to avoid any accident. However, snowmobiles which are used against nature in winter will be driven by the customers yourselves and we are not able to help you assist with accelerator, brake or steering as you operate the snowmobile, which is the same as driving a car. Please understand that in the event of an accident, it will be the customers’ responsibility.
2. Before setting off, we will provide a thorough explanation of the controls and have you ride on a practice course. If you feel it is unsafe to drive yourself during the tour and wish to end the tour midway, you can signal to your tour guide by waving both hands. Please do not force yourself to continue driving if you are uncomfortable; we will refund the fee for the remaining
3. Those having alcohol, those with broken bones, Pregnant women and are not allowed to attend the tour.
4. You are automatically enrolled in injury insurance during the snowmobile tour. The policy offers compensation in the amount of ¥2,500 per day for hospital visit, ¥5,000 per day for hospitalization, and ¥10,000,000 in the event of death. If you wish to have a higher level of coverage, please enroll in other injury insurance on your own initiative.
5. Criteria for cancellation: If we determine that continuing the tour is unsafe due to bad weather or other reasons, the tour will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees
20% for cancellations made up to 30 days in advance.
100% for cancellations made 30 days or less in advance.
Reservation dates may be changed subject to availability.
