1. Reservation is necessary for e-bike (electrically assisted bicycle) Tour.
2. Minimum number of participants: 2 for Niseko and Iwanai Course
3. In case of rain on the day, the tour will be canceled. (In that case, the tour fee will be refunded.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation including bad weather by the guests are not allowed. Cancellation fee will be 50% on the day before and 100% on the day. Although booking date can be changed until 2 days before if there is vacant, further change and cancellation after that are not accepted.
